Michael was great to deal with and managed to get a engagement ring made promptly before I few on holiday. I done everything online. The ring arrived packaged safely though special delivery. My gf was over the moon with it.

i had a fantastic experience with Michael while shopping for a diamond/platinum engagement ring. he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, & patient, & made the whole process as easy as possible. he was very open & honest & ended up charging me less than we’d initially agreed as the price of diamonds had dropped in the intervening couple of months.

Michael gave me some solid advice & even suggested i consider lower spec stones but i was set on a DIF triple ex. he sourced the perfect stone for me & set it absolutely beautifully.

i can’t thank him enough - truly fantastic service! i highly recommend the Diamond Ring Company if you’re in the market for similar jewellery.

Michael and Alex were very helpful.
They took time to talk us through the options and give advice where it was appropriate. Our rings were available on time and we had an appointment to check the fittings and make sure we were happy

An absolutely fantastic experience with Mr O'Sullivan, a true craftsman who knows exactly what he's talking about. From the moment I walked in, I was put at ease and felt as though I was talking with someone I had known many years. I was guided through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. A great selection to look at to help you choose what you want. The engagement ring was made and delivered exactly when I was told it would be. Mr O'Sullivan crafted me a beautiful platinum band with an oval cut lab grown diamond that was even better than the image I had in my mind.

After visiting several jewellers in Hatton Garden, Birmingham and other regions in the UK I settled on The Diamond Ring Company to create a custom engagement ring. I settled on them because of how long the staff had been in industry, their evident knowledge, their clear passion for creating pieces of 'art' and their very welcoming, no pressure approach. I worked with Michael to create the piece I was after and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the initial consultation to the delivery of the ring, I can't fault them in anyway. The whole process was seamless, the communication was great and all of the promises Michael made were kept. I shared some ideas and images of inspiration with Michael, and he was able to offer some solid, detailed advice in terms of the pros and cons of designs/ideas I had and improvements that could be made which allowed for a truly great ring to be produced. Michael also sourced a few different diamonds for me as well, so I could compare diamonds with different characteristics to make sure I was completely happy with the centre stone of the ring which was very much appreciated with it being my first time looking at diamonds. If you are looking for a jeweller in the Hatton Garden area, I would highly recommend Michael and team to create something for you, or at the bare minimum it would definitely be worthwhile having a chat with them if you are looking for a jeweller in Hatton Garden.

I visited a few different places on Hatton Gardens but then came across TDRC on Google and saw all of the reviews, so booked an appointment. Went to see Michael a few days later and he was fantastic - talked through all the options, helped me find an engagement ring and choose the diamond, then turned it all round in about a week. We recently got our engagement ring through the Diamond Ring Company. We worked with Michael in what felt like a real partnership to build the perfect ring together - I proposed with earrings so we could experience this together. Michael is a lovely man whose honesty and integrity were apparent in every meeting and interaction. It must be said the price is right too, the benefit of not having the overheads of a shop!

We were so pleased we naturally came back for our wedding bands, where we had the exact same lovely experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
